We will be happy to list lots for sale anywhere in East Tennessee. The only requirements are that the lots be a reasonable price. The average lot we build on is an $8-10,000 lot. We seldom build on
$20-30,000 lots because of their restrictions and requirements. The average home we build is $80,000 not $150,000.00.
