We build on your property anywhere in East Tennessee. Already in our price we have:
a. Survey - After your loan is approved, we will survey the property youplan to build on. (No money out-of pocket)
b.
Title Search - Our lawyer, Stan Roden, will conduct a title search on the property. Any inconsitities will be addressed and corrected by the staff at WT.
c. Title Insurance is also included in the sales price of the
home.
d. Drain Field layout - We will apply to the health department and obtain a health permit in order to install the septic take. If your property is on city sewer this is usually not necessary.
e. Home Owners
Insurance - One year of homeowners insurance is included in the purchase price.
